These terms of use apply when you use the Home Pro Match website and services. By using Home Pro Match you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. You must be at least 18 years old to use Home Pro Match.
Home Pro Match is an online matching service. Homeowners post projects, and we share each project with a limited number of relevant local contractors, usually up to three, who can send quotes and questions.
We are not a contractor and we do not carry out building, repair or other work. Any agreement for work is made directly between the homeowner and the contractor, and we are not a party to it. We do not guarantee the quality, price, timing or availability of any contractor or quote.
Reviews can only be left by homeowners who hired a contractor through Home Pro Match, and each review is tied to a completed project. Reviews must be honest and based on your own experience. Contractors may reply publicly. We may remove content that is unlawful, abusive, misleading or that breaks these terms.
You agree not to:
You keep ownership of the content you submit, such as project descriptions, photos, profile information and reviews. You give us permission to use, store and display it as needed to run and improve Home Pro Match, including showing it to matched users.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Your legal rights as a consumer are not affected.
Subject to that, we are not responsible for the work, conduct, advice or quotes of contractors, for agreements between users, or for losses that result from them. We work to keep the service available and accurate, but we do not promise it will always be uninterrupted or error free.
You can stop using Home Pro Match at any time. We may suspend or end access to the service if you break these terms or misuse the website.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. By continuing to use Home Pro Match after a change, you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
